We’re #PSCProud to honor the D.H. Haymon and Cecil Johnson Award winners for 2020!

Given annually since 1998, the D.H. Haymon Award serves to recognize and honor non-supervisory employees who have demonstrated leadership, hard work, dedication, and concern for others—the signature qualities of PSC’s founder.

Named for a long-time employee, the Cecil Johnson Customer Service Award is given annually to a supervisor, manager, dispatcher, or office employee for customer service leadership and initiative, responsiveness, knowledge, courtesy, empathy, and reliability.

Congrats to these outstanding men and women in the PSC family!

Adam Gilmore

“My favorite part of this company is that it maintains a small company feel despite having a big company footprint. As someone who has worked in disparate industries, the servant leadership values and family-oriented culture at PSC is unlike anything I’ve ever seen.”

Adam joined PSC in June 2014 as the Vice President of Operational Excellence, after a 17-year career with NASA in Houston, Texas. During his time with NASA, Adam progressed through a variety of engineering and management positions, playing a key role in developing commercial spaceflight capability for the Los Angeles-based SpaceX program.

In early 2019, Adam was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, with responsibility for managing our plant and marine operations company-wide. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining an organization-wide culture of continuous improvement, through incident and risk management, operational training, and safety initiatives.

A native of Ohio, Adam received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University. He also holds an MBA from Rice University. Adam and his wife Sabrina live in Houston with their four children.
