After working in the petrochemical field for three years during college, Joel joined Petroleum Service Corporation in 2001, starting out as an assistant supervisor for one of PSC’s chemical plant operations at ExxonMobil BRPO in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Joel served for several years in a variety of operations management roles in Louisiana before transferring to PSC’s Pasadena, Texas office in 2007 to take on the role of Senior Operations Manager for the Texas region. He later served as Vice President of Operations before being promoted in 2012 to Chief Operating Officer. He was named President of Petroleum Service Corporation in May of 2017 and CEO in June of 2019.

A native of the small town of Jonesboro, Louisiana, Joel holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Decision Science from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Rice University. He and his wife Chanda have four children and live in League City, Texas.

Lynn Nazareth

As our Chief Financial Officer, Lynn is responsible for leading our finance, accounting, and business services groups and supporting PSC’s growth strategies through acquisitions and service line expansions.

Lynn has more than 25 years of finance experience in client service and corporate environments, working with a wide range of organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Before joining PSC in August 2021, she served as the CFO for an investment group working with utility infrastructure companies. She also worked as the CFO for the nation’s largest ecological restoration company and as VP of Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Analysis for a worldwide science, technology, and engineering solutions company.

Lynn earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Finance from Rice University in Houston. She also completed an International Business and Marketing training program at the Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Paris, France.

She and her husband Naveen reside in Houston with their two daughters. Lynn loves to travel and has been to 30 countries to date, with more on her wish list.

Adam Gilmore

Adam joined PSC in June 2014 as the Vice President of Operational Excellence, after a 17-year career with NASA in Houston, Texas. During his time with NASA, Adam progressed through a variety of engineering and management positions, playing a key role in developing commercial spaceflight capability for the Los Angeles-based SpaceX program.

In early 2019, Adam was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, with responsibility for managing our plant and marine operations company-wide. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining an organization-wide culture of continuous improvement, through incident and risk management, operational training, and safety initiatives.

A native of Ohio, Adam received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University. He also holds an MBA from Rice University. Adam and his wife Sabrina live in Houston with their four children.

Houston Haymon

Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

As the grandson of PSC’s founder and the son of Senior Vice President Cordell Haymon, Houston joined the “family business” in 2002. After spending several years in Safety and Operations roles, Houston began leading PSC’s business development efforts in 2009.

In August of 2019, Houston was promoted to Senior VP of Corporate Development. In this new role, Houston continues to lead our Business Development team while expanding his focus to support PSC’s efforts to grow the company outside of the U.S. and through acquisitions.

A native of Baton Rouge, Houston holds a bachelor’s degree from Pomona College in Claremont, California. He and his wife Sonja live in Houston with their two children.

Karen Bryant

Karen Bryant joined PSC in November 2020, bringing a wealth of experience in manufacturing operations and logistics from 25+ years of service with Dow. In her role as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Karen is focused on supporting PSC’s growth through targeted strategic acquisitions and expansion of our third-party logistics services. Karen also provides leadership for our Operational Excellence and Special Projects teams.

After joining Dow in 1993 as an R&D development engineer, Karen served in a variety of regional and global manufacturing and supply chain roles. In her most recent job before retiring from Dow, Karen was globally responsible for safe and efficient site logistics and logistics operations including trade compliance, road, rail, marine, marine packed cargo, air and external warehouse and terminal operations.

A native of Michigan, Karen has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University. She and her husband Jerry and their two children reside in League City, Texas.

Philip McMasters

Senior Vice President of Finance

Since joining PSC in 2008, Philip has served in the roles of Controller and Vice President of Finance. He was promoted to his current role of Senior Vice President of Finance in August of 2019.

Prior to joining PSC, Philip had been working for the Shaw Group, as the Assistant Controller in the Maintenance and Construction division. He also served in various finance and accounting roles in the telecommunications, industrial, and environmental industries.

Having lived in both Japan and Idaho during his childhood, he has called Louisiana home for many years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. Philip and his wife Antoinette live in Walker, Louisiana. They have two children.

Sosha McDonald

As Vice President of Human Resources, Sosha leads the HR functions for all areas of PSC’s operations. Prior to being promoted to VP in early 2019, Sosha had served as Director of Human Resources for six years. She joined PSC in 2007 as an HR Staffing Manager. She works out of our office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Sosha began her HR career in 1998 as a Corporate Recruiter. She later worked in a variety of roles for Aegis, including HR Business Partner, HR Operations Manager, and National Recruiting Manager.

Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Sosha holds a bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University. She holds the SHRM-SCP designation and is certified as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR). Sosha and her husband Todd live in Zachary, Louisiana. They have three children.

Logan Anderson

As our General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Logan is responsible for leading PSC’s strategic legal initiatives and managing our legal functions. He is also directly involved in negotiating critical contracts and business transactions.

Logan has a wide-range of legal and business experience gained from working at a regional law firm and serving as in-house counsel for an international industrial manufacturing company. Prior to joining PSC in September 2019, he had been overseeing construction and operational contracts for a $775 million greenfield project.

A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Logan earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Logan and his wife Katie live in Kingwood, Texas with their two daughters.

Matt Owen

Matt Owen joined the PSC family in 2019. In his role as Vice President of Information Technology, Matt is responsible for helping PSC maintain a competitive edge with respect to our IT solutions, services and procedures. He is also responsible for supporting, training and managing our IT staff.

Matt has more than 15 years of diverse IT and business management experience. Prior to joining PSC, he was working as a Strategic Strategic Account Manager for Google, managing a team of enterprise sales professionals delivering digital transformation solutions for the energy industry.

Matt is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance. He and his wife Georgia have three sons and live in Pearland, Texas.

Brian Camp

Brian joined PSC in 2007. He has served in a number of leadership roles supporting our site logistics and product handling operations in Texas, playing a vital role in the massive expansion PSC has experienced in the Lone Star state. He was promoted from Director of Texas Plant Operations to VP of Operations in January 2021.

Prior to joining PSC, Brian worked with Rescar Companies for 15 years. During his service there, he progressed to Plant Manager and Director of In-Plant Operations positions.

Brian earned an associate degree from Lee College in Baytown, Texas, and studied Business Management at the University of Houston Clear Lake. He and his wife Wendy live in Baytown, TX. They have three children and two grandchildren.

Josh Dixon

I truly believe there is not a greater group of people in the industry than the men and women who wear the PSC logo on their uniforms, while keeping our nation’s cargoes moving safely and efficiently. I’m grateful to serve in a role that enables our employees to be the best at what they do. That has by far been the most rewarding part of my career with PSC.”

Josh joined the PSC family in 2011. Having worked in a variety of management roles in his prior career at Cintas Corporation, he brought a fresh set of eyes and a new perspective during a time of exciting growth in the tankerman business, and as PSC was adding several new customers and dock facilities.

In January 2021, Josh was promoted to VP of Operations. In this role, he is responsible for leading all of PSC’s marine operations as well as our plant operations outside the Gulf coast region. Prior to this promotion, Josh had served as the Director of Marine Operations and as a Senior Operations Manager supporting both plant and marine operations.

Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, Josh has a bachelor’s degree in Management from Louisiana State University. He and his wife Andrea live in Baton Rouge with their two children.

Chris Lendo

In his role as Vice President of Sustainability, Chris is committed to helping manufacturers with services related to good environmental practices and stewardship. He has more than 30 years of petrochemical experience and has managed sustainability and recycling programs throughout North and South America.

After starting his own business in 1999, Chris served as the company president through multiple acquisitions prior to joining the PSC family in August 2020 as Director of Sustainability. He was promoted to Vice President in April 2021.

A native Texan, Chris grew up in Houston and studied Criminal Justice and Finance at the University of Houston after serving six years in the United States Army. He is an avid pilot and travels often. He lives in Baytown, Texas and has two adult children—a son who serves as a police officer, and a daughter who is a nurse.
